The project
When using the Uuni 2 for cooking other dishes than pizza our customers mainly used cast iron sizzlers. Looking at the offer on the market, we started designing a new range of products that were easier to use with the Uuni ovens and aesthetically relevant to the brand.

The process
We started by reviewing what was available on the market, analysing strengths and weaknesses of our competitors’ products.
We made 3D printed full-scale models to compare the size and ergonomics of the product. We adjusted the design to fit better inside our ovens.
The size and shape of the casserole allow two of them to be used at the same time in most of the conventional indoor ovens.
